Bathroom heater 

1.  Working principle: 

     1) When the temperature of the heat collector reaches the set value, the controller shall start the circulation pump automatically            2) The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically

     3) The heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by heat exchanger in the water tank

     4) In case the temperature of the water tank does not reach max, then start the auxiliary heating device 

     5) In case the temperature of the circulation pump does not reach the set value, the circulation pump shall be shut down automatically

 

  

2.  Specification:

       Manifold tank casing material: aluminum alloy

       Vacuum tube: all glass vacuum tube with heat pipe, Φ58*1800mm

       Header pipe: TP2 red copper

       Heat pipe: TU2 red copper

       Frame: aluminium alloy,1.5-2.0mm/ SUS304 stainless steel,1.0mm/ Galvanized color steel, 1.2-1.5mm

     2) Pressurized Water tank

      Inner tank: SUS304-2B food grade stainless steel 1.0-2.0mm thickness      Outer tank: imported pearlescent white color steel with 0.5mm thickness, galvanized color steel 0.5mm

       Material of heating preservation: 50-60mm Polyurethane foam.       copper coils/tank: 0,1,2

       water tank capacity: 100L-500L       Pressure: 6 Bar

       Heat preservation: Water temperature in tank descend 3°C for 24 hours (when water not in use)

       Working station (includes expansion vessel, Wilo circulation pump, digital controller, piezometer )/ integrated working station
